Rates for Process Service and Documents
Standard Service with one address: $50.00
** Mileage: First 50 miles of each trip is included...Additional mileage fee over 50 miles is .50 per mile.
( the additional mileage fee is per the 2010 Federal Government Standard)
** Service fee Includes 3 attempts at successful service.....mileage fees apply to each attempt,with the first 50 miles included with each attempt.
Standard additional service at the same address and trip: $25.00
** This charge is in addition to the charge for the first service
** Additional mileage fees apply to the whole trip not each individual document served
Same day priority service: $70.00
** If the same day priority service is unsuccessful and the client desires follow up service, standard
rates apply until the documents are successfully served.
** Additional mileage fee of .50 per mile also applies to priority service over 50 miles round trip.
Fee for service still applies if client cancels request for service after one attempt.
Skip Trace for subject (due to bad address or evading service): $50.00 This includes a
comprehensive database, public records, and telephone search. Does not include a
physical search, surveillance or face to face interviews.
** Additional mileage fees of $0.50/ mile may apply depending on skip trace results and service location
Cancellation Fee: $25.00 - Charged if The Process Service is canceled after the service is agreed upon and the documents are printed and files created, even if no attempts made.
This fee is to cover printing and office expenses and any mileage incurred.
Court Filing of Served Documents: $20.00 plus any filing fees charged by the court.
Document Retrieval: $25.00 Plus copy fees charged by the court (Multiple documents
included if at the same location) Mileage fees apply if documents are located
outside of Douglas County, MO.
Photocopy fees over 12 pages: $0.16 per page.....This applies to any printing or
photocopying incurred while printing emailed documents for process service.
Rates for Investigative Services
Rates for Investigative Services will vary based on type of services provided and logistical requirements of
the assignment.
Rates for Pre-employment screenings or Background Investigations will be quoted as a flat rate depending on the extent of the investigation required to satisfy the needs of the client.
